A great blog and some extremely useful presentations you have here. For newbies in the sphere of Social Media, presentations like these can make complex subjects easy to understand. I especially like the way you have made it so relatable.

I know a lot of mass communication students and PR professionals, who are looking for information on social media and this kind of info would be really helpful in getting them on their way, especially considering that very little is available in terms of formal, classroom training on social media, inspite of the fact that it is going to be the next big thing when it comes to communication.
