    the examples are nice, but the solution and the impact of mass/user generated media is not that easy.
    What the slides show is nothing else than PR 1.0 with a new name. It is not that controllable any more.

    Andre – nice thoughts. I agree with you – there is no one perfect solution for controlling/monitoring/measuring/fixing UGC.

    These are steps corporations/individuals need to be aware of and practice. Upon practicing these steps companies can increase their maturity level and start leveraging user generated media for their advantage. Case in point is DELL – which got burnt – but now wants to implement Social Media into it’s DNA.

    A cool example of “show, don’t tell” applied to a complex subject. Thank you for your attention to detail. I plan to use it as an introduction of the subject for company managers already aware of fake products and the need for brand protection.
