		<description>Andre - nice thoughts. I agree with you - there is no one perfect solution for controlling/monitoring/measuring/fixing UGC.

These are steps corporations/individuals need to be aware of and practice. Upon practicing these steps companies can increase their maturity level and start leveraging user generated media for their advantage. Case in point is DELL - which got burnt - but now wants to implement Social Media into it&#039;s DNA.
