We spend a lot of time on this issue, which I call &quot;Creating a Web 2.0-Friendly Culture.&quot; The crux is that large organizations are culturally incompatible with transparency, user control, etc. that are foundations of web 2.0. Bottom line is that managers/leaders need to learn these skills.</description>
